About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Casual Educator to join our team at Only About Children South Melbourne.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dedicated team of multilingual Educators who are fluent in over 9 languages, including Mandarin, Hindi, French, Greek, and English. We also have educators who are fluent in Auslan.

As a Casual Educator, you will have the opportunity to work with children aged 0-6 years, providing high-quality early years education and care. You will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment, planning and implementing educational programs, and building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

We offer a range of benefits, including flexible shifts, immediate start, and the opportunity to move to permanent employment. You will also have the chance to work across multiple OAC locations and develop your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work on-call and be adaptable.
