Marketing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished marketing leader to spearhead our brand development and product growth initiatives.

About the Role

This is a 12-to-14-month contract opportunity for a seasoned General Manager of Marketing. As part of our executive leadership team, you will partner closely with the Chief of Staff and report directly to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust business and marketing strategies to drive growth and customer affinity.
  • Lead the marketing team, encompassing brand management, product development, packaging design, and marketing communications teams.
  • Maintain brand equity across all touchpoints, overseeing communication strategy from masterbrand to tactical product campaigns and retailer media.
  • Oversee portfolio strategy, including two-year innovation and continuous improvement pipelines.
  • Pioneer go-to-market strategies, incorporating pricing, packaging, and launch plans.
  • Manage marketing budgets to achieve goals, with clear ROI reporting.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure annual plan delivery and adapt as needed.
  • Drive data-driven decision making in partnership with the CSI team to align marketing execution with consumer needs.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience leading agile and engaged marketing teams.
  • A proven track record in building and executing long-term marketing strategies.
  • Strong expertise in brand management and innovation.
  • A self-motivated individual with energy, passion, and creative problem-solving skills.
