Job Title: Client Services Officer

At QUT, we're seeking a skilled Client Services Officer to join our Student Services team. This role will provide high-quality services to students and staff, ensuring seamless interactions and efficient organization of appointments.

  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems to support the team's work
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to the Student Services team, including managing diaries, organizing meetings, and implementing efficient systems.

2. Deliver high-quality, proactive administrative support services to a professional standard, demonstrating success in time management and organizational skills.

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing accurate advice and solving routine problems effectively.

4. Work collaboratively as a member of a team, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Education, training, and/or experience equivalent to completion of an Associate Diploma level qualification

- Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively as a member of a team, along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
