About the Role:

You will support and develop a large team of frontline staff who provide in-home care services to elderly individuals around Kogarah, Illawarra, and surrounding areas.

In this position, you'll drive positive outcomes by providing coaching, ongoing support, and guidance to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction. You'll also conduct interviews and inductions for new frontline staff, manage performance, handle customer escalations, and promote safety initiatives.

This is a full-time (Monday-Friday), seven-month fixed-term contract opportunity. To be successful, you'll need to be based in the Kogarah/Illawarra region with regular travel to other locations such as Kogarah, Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama, and Shoalhaven. When not traveling, you will work from home as required.

About You:

  • Proven experience leading large teams (25+ people) within call centre, retail, hospitality, or similar industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with coaching and performance managing frontline staff.
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and initiative.
  • Strong passion for compliance and achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant qualifications (or equivalent experience) in Leadership plus Training and Assessment are desirable.
