Therapist Role

We are seeking a skilled therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based services to clients through various delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services.

The role involves assessing and providing interventions for children and adults with disabilities, working within the NDIS to maximise clients' function and social engagement, and assisting with assistive technology assessment and recommendations.

The successful applicant will have relevant tertiary qualifications, discipline-specific registration, and experience working with clients with varying needs. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a mobile role, allowing the therapist to work from home or our hubs when not seeing clients. We offer flexible working arrangements, loyalty bonuses, and access to a library of online resources and assessment tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and provide interventions for clients with disabilities
  • Work within the NDIS to maximise clients' function and social engagement
  • Assist with assistive technology assessment and recommendations
  • Provide timely documentation and report writing
  • Manage a varied caseload
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field
  • Degree-level qualifications in Speech Pathology or equivalent
  • Current AHPRA/SPA registration
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Police Check and International Police Check (if applicable)
  • Drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance
