Strategic Sponsorship Manager

About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have experience in leading the identification, evaluation, and selection of sponsorship opportunities. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that our brand messaging is consistent and amplified across key industry platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of an annual sponsorship calendar, aligned with our brand and commercial goals.
- Negotiate sponsorship contracts to secure maximum value and brand visibility.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of sponsorships, from briefing and branding to event presence and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency and amplification across owned and earned channels.
- Develop detailed post-event reports, measure performance, and recommend improvements for future sponsorships.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and project management skills, as well as a strong understanding of the sponsorship landscape. You should be able to build compelling business cases, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
