Job Title: Member Relationship Specialist

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional home loan expertise to our members. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to achieve their financial goals and provide outstanding customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional member experience through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactively review clients' financial products and positions to identify new business opportunities
  • Acquire new home loans and variations/tops ups of existing home loans
  • Retain existing home loan members through effective account management
  • Support digital and phone contact methods to ensure seamless client interactions
  • Adhere to the risk and compliance framework to protect clients and stakeholders

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least two years' experience in a retail sales team, ideally within financial services
  • Preferable experience as a home loan writer
  • A high school certificate or equivalent
  • Working credit knowledge
