We are seeking an experienced IT professional to support the Data Centre Network Remediation Project.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with network engineers, IT operations, security teams, and clinical stakeholders to capture, analyse, and document requirements that will shape the remediation of the existing data center environment.

  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and documentation reviews with technical and clinical stakeholders.
  • Gather and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Identify current network pain points, technical debt, security vulnerabilities, and desired future state capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably on large-scale IT infrastructure or network projects.
  • Strong knowledge of data centre networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Firewalls, Routing/Switching, Virtualisation, Cloud Connectivity).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, bridging technical and non-technical groups.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering methodologies (workshops, interviews, use cases).
