Job Title: Human Resources Manager

This leading player in the insurance and automotive services industry is undergoing significant transformation, planning to triple in size over the next 3–4 years. As a critical component in driving recruitment, onboarding, and cultural integration, the role of Human Resources Manager plays a key part in leveraging newly implemented systems to support scale and performance in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting operational leaders, improving employee experience, and building foundations required to support a high-growth environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging HR systems to drive efficiency and consistency across the employee lifecycle
  • Counseling and supporting leaders on people matters, including performance, engagement, and team development
  • Building and formalizing HR processes, documentation, and value propositions to support retention and culture
  • Taking ownership of the full employee lifecycle
  • Establishing scalable HR systems and processes
  • Embedding structure into the business

Requirements for this role include:

  • Experience working in regulated environments within the financial services industry, which is highly desirable
  • Proven experience owning the full HR lifecycle in a scaling environment
  • Confidence navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to underdeveloped HR functions
  • A strong working knowledge of contemporary HR systems and tools, ideally Employment Hero or similar
  • The ability to coach, challenge, and influence senior stakeholders while remaining approachable and grounded
  • A practical, hands-on mindset with the resilience to operate in a high-pressure, resource-constrained setting
  • Experience building or rebuilding culture, ideally in environments undergoing growth, integration, or change
