About the Role

Senior UX Designer

  • Contribute to the development of innovative and user-centered design solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the future of critical business functions and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, informing design decisions that drive business outcomes.

We're backed by Australia's largest retail group and process over 1.3 billion transactions every year, making us Australia's largest non-bank payments platform. Our platform is built to evolve and continually deliver richer retail experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Elevate our team's operating model with cutting-edge tools and frameworks to enable business units we partner with.
  • Effectively utilize and contribute to a suite of digital tools and practical frameworks that allow business units to identify, assess, design, validate, implement, measure, and iterate upon their own products and services.
  • Define guiding principles of Wpay-enabled customer value propositions (CVPs) for customers to ensure a consistent experience throughout their end-to-end journey beyond digital interactions.
  • Continuously build out customer journeys and service blueprints in line with an overarching experience strategy.
  • Identify, understand, and validate hypotheses for internal and external customers to our Platform Teams to enable our business to establish an empathetic understanding and shared focus on outcomes.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in UX for large-scale experiences.
  • End-to-end UX process expertise, including research, design, prototyping, and testing.
  • Strong facilitation and workshopping skills for collaborative design sessions.
  • Data-driven approach to UX, with experience in research methodologies and user testing.
  • Proven ability to present and communicate designs to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
