We are seeking a seasoned product designer to lead our experience design team on a 12-month contract.
This role focuses on spearheading design initiatives that significantly enhance user engagement with their superannuation – securely, confidently, and with clarity.
Main Responsibilities- Design Leadership: Overseeing the design of two key strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless and secure user experiences.
- UX Evaluation & Improvement: Conducting thorough UX audits of the new member portal.
- Design System Development: Collaborating on the creation of a scalable and accessible design system.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with fellow designers and agile delivery teams.
You will be part of a team driving innovation in how an entire generation interacts with their retirement savings.
