We're looking for a highly skilled, self-motivated Senior Graphic Designer to take the reins of our creative output during a 12-month parental leave cover contract, with the potential to transition into a longer-term role. What you'll do

• Shape the brands: Safeguard and elevate the visual identity of two established brands, keeping every piece of communication consistent, stylish, and polished.
• Design across every touchpoint: From emails and web assets to packaging, manuals, signage, and large-scale campaigns — your work will be everywhere.
• Bring products to life: Create launch suites for new products and campaigns that resonate with modern parents.
• Support shoots & content creation: Contribute to the planning and creative direction of photo and video shoots that fuel our campaigns.
• Lead & inspire: Mentor and guide our mid-weight designer and collaborate closely with our social and content creators to keep everything sharp, on-brand, and engaging.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years' experience as a graphic designer, ideally in eCommerce, retail, or consumer goods.
• Strong digital-first design skills across web, social, and email.
• Deep knowledge of print design and production (packaging, signage, manuals).
• Adobe Creative Suite mastery (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A portfolio that shows you can balance creativity with brand consistency.
• The ability to self-manage projects, juggle priorities, and deliver on time with polish.

Bonus points for: video editing skills (Premiere Pro/After Effects), shoot planning/art direction, or UX/UI experience (Figma).

The details

• Salary: $85–95k inc Super (negotiable for the right applicant)
• Full-time, hybrid role (Yarraville office)
• 12-month parental leave cover, with strong potential for permanency
