About the Role

Luxury Escapes is seeking a skilled Product Manager to drive the next phase of growth and lead a talented team of engineers, designers, and commercial leaders.

As a Product Manager at Luxury Escapes, you will play a pivotal role in expanding both B2B and B2C products into new markets, owning the entire product lifecycle, from customer research to design, build, and launch.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and roadmap and continually fine-tune our approach to product management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a deep understanding of customer needs to advocate for them effectively.
  • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for products that you manage.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from customer research to design, build, and launch.
  • Set, measure, and improve success metrics for the products you manage.
  • Continually identify opportunities to enhance the Agent Hub customer experience.
  • Collaborate with product design, software engineering, and wider Luxury Escapes teams to deliver high-quality, valuable products.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in Product Management and UX in a high-growth business.
  • Proven problem-solver who is willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and find the right solution.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of the product lifecycle.
  • Solid experience in growing products through agile planning and rapid prioritisation.
  • Strong collaboration skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams. This means you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passionate about building products that customers love.
  • Demonstrated success in defining, metrics to launch excellent products.
