Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Execute outcomes from supplier negotiations, including price and volume agreements, to meet business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of a multi-channel range offer, including product sourcing, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Analyze promotional plans and suggest programs, events, and promotional effectiveness to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive business efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial procurement role, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of trading terms, price strategy, and promotional effectiveness.
