The Opportunity
Seeking a visionary leader to shape service delivery, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with organisational priorities and community needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic direction and operational excellence across multiple services.
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams delivering services in Early Learning, Retirement Living, and Housing.
- Manage funding applications, financial reporting, and budget development to ensure sustainability.
- Mentor senior leaders, foster a positive workplace culture, and support professional development.
- Build strong relationships with government agencies, non-profits, service users, and the broader community.
Selection Criteria:
- Relevant bachelor's degree (master's degree desirable) in Human Services, Social Work, Community Development, or Business Administration.
- Proven experience in executive or senior leadership roles.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience in budget development, monitoring variance reports, and financial forecasting.
- Proven strategic leadership abilities with a track record of managing complex, multi-faceted services and inspiring teams to achieve excellence.
