We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead our engagement initiatives. As an Assistant Director, Engagement, you will play a key role in strengthening how we connect with the community.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing whole-of-government engagement strategies, fostering cultural change, and improving engagement practices across government agencies.

Additionally, you will contribute to the implementation of a refreshed engagement framework, support key strategic projects, and help deliver engagement governance across government.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about community engagement and has a strong understanding of government processes.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as engagement, communications or public administration.
  • Accreditation with the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2).
