Key Responsibilities:- Engage in proactive outbound calls to promote services and products.
- Quickly and accurately resolve customer queries.
- Schedule appointments for clients.
- Convert incoming enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Liaise effectively with colleagues.
- A minimum of experience working in customer service or call centre environments is essential.
- Ability to allocate and schedule jobs to technicians confidently.
- Demonstrated experience in phone sales and converting enquires into sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and electronically.
- Able to work calmly under pressure while multitasking.
