Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Leader to drive the growth and expansion of our digital portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team, developing new/existing customer opportunities and shaping the capabilities of our advisory team.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and expansion in our digital practice. This includes leading and guiding consultants and clients on technology solutions, collaborating with Technology Principals as a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the digital practice
  • Lead and guide consultants and clients on technology solutions, collaborating with Technology Principals as a cross-functional team
  • Drive the development of customer-focused capabilities, translating outcomes into commercial documents
  • Collaborate with the growth team to identify opportunities with existing and new customers

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in a similar role, with expertise in Technology Transformation projects and Consulting
  • 5+ years leading small to medium-sized high-performing teams
  • Experience developing and growing a high-performance consulting pre-sales team
  • Excellent client engagement experience with a consultative approach and strong communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize customer needs and satisfaction by maintaining high standards of quality and productivity
  • Demonstrated experience advising clients across various domains on complex strategic challenges
  • Exceptional analytical abilities, with experience translating complex data into strategic, actionable insights
