We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects.

About the Role
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project programmes to ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Lead project teams through inception, execution, and completion stages.
  • Maintain and enhance project quality by adhering to documented specifications and nominated timeframes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Effectively manage project expenditure and cash flow to meet business objectives.
  • Liaise with external engineering design teams to achieve project goals.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years' experience in delivering large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of local council and regulatory requirements/standards.
  • Excellent project financial reporting and communication skills.
