Job Title: Service Management Expert
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Service Management Expert to lead the design and implementation of IT service management capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery to customers in the region.
Main Responsibilities:- Developing and improving service management processes, including recommending improvement initiatives and providing maturity assessments and governance recommendations.
- Acting as a subject matter expert and ITSM coach, providing training and guidance on good service management practices.
- Custodian for our service management system, Single Point of Contact for the global Service Now team.
- Creating Service designs as per the ANZ Service Design and Transition Practice Framework.
- Senior-level ITSM experience, including experience in developing and improving service management processes.
- Experience with enterprise service, process, or functional capability development, including conducting maturity assessments, developing roadmaps, and establishing governance.
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of service architecture and managed solutions design.
- Ability to effectively communicate and manage stakeholders to uncover pain points, areas for improvement, manage governance and provide effective training and guidance.
- Good understanding of Service Now or other Service Management systems.
- Ability to review and produce clear and concise service management documents.
- Ability to effectively coach and train Service Management professionals.
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.
- ITIL Service Management Certification.
