Talent Acquisition Specialist | Recruitment, Strategic Sourcing in Tech & Design

Laneway Talent is excited to partner with a leading federal government agency to recruit multiple Senior Salesforce / Vlocity Developers across all Australian major Cities. Join a dynamic digital transformation program that's making a real difference in supporting the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

These 12-month contracts which offer opportunities for extension based on your performance and project success.

To be considered, you will need to hold or be eligible for a Baseline Security Clearance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be a pivotal member of a talented multi-disciplinary scrum team delivering Salesforce based solutions
  • Develop robust, scalable Salesforce Vlocity (OmniStudio) components that align with design and performance standards
  • Support creation and review of solution designs to ensure quality, reusability, and maintainability
  • Adhere to coding and governance standards through regular peer reviews
  • Assist with code deployments across all environments, including production
  • Work closely with solution architects, UI/UX experts, and accessibility specialists
  • Champion best practices for Salesforce and Vlocity development
  • Support capability uplift within the team through mentoring and collaboration
  • Adopt DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing methodologies
  • Proven experience developing on the Salesforce Vlocity (OmniStudio) platform using:
  • Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), frameworks and design patterns
  • Experience building and managing integrations including REST APIs and Platform Events
  • Salesforce certifications:
  • Hands-on experience with source control tools (e.g. GitLab) and package-based development practices
