Sirius Technology is collaborating with a leading Salesforce partner on a long-term transformation project for a major public sector client in Australia. We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer who can deliver high-quality technical solutions and lead an offshore development team.
The ideal candidate will start as soon as possible, ideally within the next few weeks. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Salesforce professional with strong OmniStudio (Vlocity) experience to contribute to the delivery of a high-profile project. You'll work within a collaborative team and provide leadership across offshore resources, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.
You'll be backed by a global Salesforce delivery team and involved in one of Australia's most exciting public sector digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Salesforce OmniStudio (Vlocity) components including scripts, integration procedures, data raptors, and flex cards.
- Lead and manage an offshore team of Salesforce developers, ensuring code quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with solution architects and business analysts to understand technical and functional requirements.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior team members, and contribute to internal documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and integration layers.
Required Skills:
- Proven commercial experience with Salesforce OmniStudio / Vlocity.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development including Apex, LWC, and declarative tools.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring offshore development teams.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and development lifecycle.
