The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented lawyer to join our esteemed Banking & Finance team in Adelaide. You will collaborate with a leading team of motivated and skilled lawyers, led by Peter Staniszewski.


  • Support the Banking and Finance partner on matters
  • Mentor junior solicitors and paralegals
  • Develop strong relationships with key clients
  • Provide expert advice to clients and internal teams

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:


  • 3-6+ years post-admission experience in banking and finance
  • Strong experience in documenting lending transactions and advising on the PPSA
  • Experience with settling transactions using PEXA
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong drafting skills
  • Commercial acumen and critical thinking capabilities
  • Leadership skills and an interest in developing our junior cohort (for more senior candidates)
