An exciting opportunity is available for a Lawyer to join a growing Financial Services Regulatory team within a well-regarded national law firm. Based in Adelaide, this role offers exposure to a wide range of regulatory and compliance matters across the financial services sector, including:

  • Superannuation and insurance regulation
  • Funds management and investment platforms
  • Financial services licensing and governance
  • Engagement with regulatory bodies
  • Risk management and compliance advisory

You'll work alongside experienced legal professionals, contributing to complex matters and helping clients navigate evolving regulatory frameworks. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in financial services law while developing strong commercial insight.

About You

The ideal candidate will be a newly admitted lawyer or have up to 2 years of post-admission experience. While prior experience in financial services is not essential, a genuine interest in regulatory and compliance work is important.

You will be:

  • Admitted to practice in Australia
  • Interested in financial services regulation and innovation
  • Comfortable working across corporate and commercial matters
  • Eager to develop expertise in licensing, funds management, and fintech
  • Collaborative, commercially minded, and detail-oriented
  • Keen to learn and contribute to a high-performing team
