Job Title: Disability Support Worker - Supported Independent Living

We are seeking a Disability Support Worker to join our team at one of our Supported Independent Living homes. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily life assistance and support to individuals with disabilities
  • Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities and achieve their goals
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or higher in Disability, Individual Support, or Aged Care
  • 1 year's experience in the Health, Care, and/or Disability industry
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screen Check
  • Valid Australian Driver Licence (Red Provisional - minimum)
