Job Opportunity

Sophisticated leadership opportunity for a team leader in a dynamic hospitality environment.

You will be responsible for supervising and managing the day-to-day operations of an In Room Dining department. This varied and dynamic role provides a chance to develop your hospitality career within an international company.

The position requires:

  • Conducting pre-shift briefings with the team.
  • Delivering and presenting In Room dining and amenities to guest rooms in a timely manner.
  • Providing personalized service to all guests.
  • Assisting with creating and communicating rosters and delegating tasks and responsibilities.
  • Monitoring operation supplies and reducing spoilage and wastage.
  • Ensuring all employees deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Liaising with necessary departments to ensure productivity.
  • Opening, setting up, and closing the outlet per shift.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a similar role or fast-paced environment.
  • A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
  • People management and interpersonal skills, along with strong communication skills.
  • The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
