We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to provide technical information and support regarding our product range.
Responsibilities- Provide accurate and up-to-date product information and technical expertise to End Users, Dealers, and Internal Service Staff.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure their requirements are met and they have confidence in the information supplied.
- Utilise product data and service manuals to provide true and accurate information, enhancing client trust and satisfaction.
- Enter all calls into a database with an outline of the problem and the recommended course of action for the client.
- A degree in relevant Engineering or equivalent experience in the HVAC trade would be highly regarded.
- A strong passion for training and development within the HVAC industry would be beneficial.
- A desire to continuously learn and develop knowledge across the HVAC sector is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HVAC and Control Systems would be highly valued.
- Previous experience as a Service Technician would be highly recommended.
