Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our restaurant operations, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day culinary operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and coach kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality dishes and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the sales and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior culinary role, preferably within the hotel industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, guests, and suppliers.
