Luxury Property Team Member

We are seeking a diligent individual to work at a leading luxury property in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection and distribution of linens and towels to housekeeping staff.
- Transport dirty linens to the laundry area and assist with the loading and unloading of laundry machines.
- Fold and organize clean linens and towels for use by housekeeping staff.
- Assist room attendants in preparing guest rooms by replenishing supplies, removing trash, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Deliver extra amenities and supplies to guest rooms as requested.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in housekeeping storage areas.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for additional amenities or services.
- Cleaning rooms/public areas tasks to the highest of standards when necessary.
- Report any maintenance issues or room discrepancies to the appropriate department.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in Luxury Hotel housekeeping is highly regarded but full training will be provided for the right person
- Availability to work up to 38 hours per week, with availability for weekend work being essential
- Ability to hold the appropriate work rights to work within Australia with no restrictions
