Customer Service Representative Wanted

We are seeking energetic and versatile customer service professionals to join our friendly team on a part-time or casual basis.
- Maintain floor cleanliness, including table clearing and glass and plate collection
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service, carrying multiple plates
- Participate in room set up for events, including table movement and crockery and cutlery setup
- Provide outstanding customer service experience to members and guests
- Handle cash transactions and perform general cleaning duties as required
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Excellent communication skills
- A good level of physical fitness
- An enthusiastic approach to work
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A high standard of personal grooming
- Fantastic interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications, such as RSA and RCG
