Expertise in Workforce Health and Injury Management

Acumen Health, a division of the APM Group, invites applications for an experienced Team Manager to lead our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals in delivering exceptional services in workplace health, injury management, and safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and development opportunities for the team, developing relations with key stakeholders, and implementing rehabilitation plans to maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and development opportunities for the team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Australian Defence Force and DVA, to promote our services and achieve business objectives.
  • Implement and monitor rehabilitation plans to ensure quality standards are maintained and clients achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Lead by example, managing a caseload of clients and providing expert guidance and support to team members.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social work, or Nursing.
  • Full professional registration (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA, or AASW).
  • OCCUPATIONAL REHABILITATION EXPERIENCE.
  • BUSINESS ACUMEN.
  • DEMONSTRATED LEADERSHIP QUALITIES AS AN EMERGING OR ACCOMPLISHED LEADER.
  • STRONG CUSTOMER FOCUS AND PASSION FOR DELIVERING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER OUTCOMES.
