Mental Health Senior Clinical Leader

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Leader to shape treatment pathways, mentor clinicians, and be part of a multidisciplinary team in our youth mental health service.
About the Responsibilities- Provide expert supervision and guidance to clinicians delivering evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex care cases when required.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Contribute to quality assurance and research activities.
- Drive a recovery-focused, person-centred approach to care.
- Registered Psychologist with AHPRA, Clinical Psychology endorsement highly desirable.
- AHPRA-approved Supervisor – eligible to provide clinical supervision.
- Significant experience in youth mental health and first-episode psychosis.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams.
- Dedication to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
