As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a key role in meeting the daily needs of our residents, working closely with the clinical, lifestyle, and hospitality teams.

Delivering resident-centric care in a timely and compassionate manner is essential, enabling residents to make choices and have control over their support needs.

The ability to think on your feet, communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and colleagues is crucial. We also value strong communication skills, computer literacy, and a commitment to resident wellbeing.

We do not require experience in the aged care sector, but alignment with our philosophy and values is essential. A willingness to work across 24/7 rotating rosters, a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, and an immunisation record of COVID-19 Vaccine are also necessary qualifications.
