About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Culinary Professional to join our dynamic kitchen team at Parramatta Leagues - Home of the Eels. As a key member of our back-of-house team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and preparing ingredients for menu items
  • Cooking and plating meals to a high standard
  • Assisting with food orders and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
  • Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve menu goals
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Passion for cooking and delivering high-quality food
  • Ability to follow systems and procedures
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • RSA/RCG qualification or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
  • Relevant trade qualifications and experience in commercial cooking (desirable)
