Debt Recovery Specialist for Creative Industry

We are seeking a highly organized Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team at FCM Travel, specializing in the creative industry.

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering financial information to our Stage and Screen customers, working closely with other credit controllers and accounts receivable teams.

Your primary focus will be on managing a debtor portfolio of well-known customers in the sport, entertainment, and creative brands. You will also work with experienced credit controllers to resolve issues and navigate complex portfolios of debtors.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience working directly with customers. Previous experience processing client payments, reconciling accounts, monitoring debtor balances, or accounts payable experience is essential.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess a high level of ownership, proven teamwork skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of around $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as travel discounts, discounted financial and health services, and ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
