Estia Health is one of the largest and fastest-growing aged care providers in Australia, with a mission to enrich and celebrate life together. We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Residential Aged Care Manager in Albury.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to lead a team of aged care professionals in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. As a Residential Aged Care Manager, you will be responsible for promoting a resident-centered culture that values, respects, and treats all residents with compassion and dignity.

You will continuously monitor clinical care processes to ensure safe practices and implement improvements, minimizing risks and preventing injuries. You will also maintain Clinical Governance to ensure accreditation is achieved and maintained in accordance with policy and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to drive change and improvement in an environment of ambiguity, with a commitment to quality and a broad knowledge of all facets of contemporary aged care, including AN-ACC funding and Accreditation.

Responsibilities
  • Promote a resident-centered culture that values, respects, and treats all residents with compassion and dignity
  • Continuously monitor clinical care processes to ensure safe practices and implement improvements, minimizing risks and preventing injuries
  • Maintain Clinical Governance to ensure accreditation is achieved and maintained in accordance with policy and regulatory standards

The ideal candidate will have exceptional team-building skills, including the demonstrated capability to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders to prioritize workloads. Ideally, you will also bring a strong clinical background.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at around AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes:

  • A base salary of approximately AU$100,000 per year
