Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Leader to partner with our senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes through effective people development.

This is a high-impact role that requires a strong understanding of HR principles, coupled with excellent leadership and collaboration skills.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our C-level executives, supporting the development of our client groups and driving strategic initiatives to improve performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building leadership and management capability across client groups
  • Driving talent strategies in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams
  • Supporting newly appointed senior leaders and embedding organisational culture and EVP
  • Leading on complex ER matters and organisational change projects
  • Driving Organisational Development and Design (OD) including TOM design, restructuring, and succession planning
  • Championing a culture of self-service across the business

Requirements:

  • Strong HR Business Partnering experience in blue-chip organisations
  • Proven ability to partner with Director/C-level stakeholders
  • Broad experience across ER, OD/Change, Talent, Engagement, and Leadership Development
  • Skilled in using people analytics to influence decision-making
  • A high-energy, personable, and resilient style – able to build rapport quickly, influence demanding leaders, and thrive in an evolving environment

Location:

Sydney strongly preferred due to SLT proximity. Brisbane and Melbourne will also be considered.
