
Strategic HR Leader

We are seeking an experienced and strategic People Business Partner to join our team. This role requires a strong HR background, with a focus on employee experience, change management, and partnership with senior business leaders.
- About the Role:
- This is a proactive role that encompasses all aspects of HR, including project management, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- You will be responsible for partnering with senior business leaders to understand business strategies and develop HR initiatives that support those goals.
- A key aspect of this role is ensuring up-to-date working knowledge of employment regulations and compliance in AU/NZ, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
- Developing strong relationships with leaders and influencing strategic decision-making through data-driven insights is also critical.
- Serving as a point of contact for day-to-day HR queries and contributing to global people initiatives as needed is another important responsibility.
About You:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a People/HR Business Partner with a strong HR Generalist background is required.
- Prior start-up or SaaS experience is essential, with a strong understanding of AUS/NZ legislation, Fair Work, and WHS.
- A project driver who can manage multiple projects and deliver results is crucial.
- Proven ability to use data to influence decisions and present insights that drive leadership alignment is also necessary.
- Deep business acumen and the ability to anticipate and solve business needs, particularly within Engineering and Product environments, is highly valued.
