Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Insightful AI Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and refining our AI-powered insights platform.

Your primary goal will be to deliver actionable, data-driven insights that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work closely with our research and development teams to streamline the data-to-insights process, enabling users to conduct deeper, more independent analyses.

To achieve this, you will design and implement experiments, develop prompts and agents, and refine data interpretation methods to ensure sharper, more actionable insights guide marketing decisions.

About the Role
  • Develop and refine AI models to interpret consumer research challenges.
  • Design experiments, build prompts and agents, and validate outputs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand the AI interface's capabilities.
  • Oversight of AI-generated deliverables to ensure they meet customer objectives and maintain high quality.
  • Participate in QA/QC processes for raw respondent data.
Key Qualifications
  • At least two years' experience in market research or a related field.
  • Proven ability to design, conduct, and iterate on data experiments.
  • A basic understanding of web development principles.
  • Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
