JOB SUMMARY:

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead your own Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service, providing quality care and programs for children before and after school, as well as during holidays.

  • You will be responsible for creating engaging programs using industry-leading tools.
  • As the face of TheirCare, you will build positive relationships within the school community.
  • You will mentor a team of educators, helping them develop their skills and advance in the industry.
  • Rostering for your service will be supported by your Area Manager.
  • You will be responsible for managing compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
  • The working hours are 6:45am-9:00am and 1:45pm-6:30pm, Monday to Friday, with weekly administration hours.

ABOUT THE ROLE HOLDER:

To succeed in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, positive relationships.

  • Prior experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.
  • You must hold a diploma in early childhood education and care or be in the process of completing one.
  • An ACECQA recognised qualification, including teaching, childcare, or community services, is required.
  • A valid Employee Working with Children's Check in the relevant state is necessary.
  • You must be willing to obtain a valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and National Criminal History Check.

The estimated salary range for this role is approximately $65,000-$85,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
