Lead OSHC Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service as an OSHC Service Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families.
As an OSHC Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading your own team of educators and providing quality before and after school care and holiday programs for children. You will create engaging programs using industry-leading programming tools, build positive relationships with local families, and mentor your team to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
This role involves rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager, managing compliance documents, and other administrative tasks. The working hours are Monday to Friday, with no weekend work. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the Head Office team to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to be an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and staff. Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential. You will need to hold a valid Employee Working with Children's Check and be willing to obtain a National Criminal History Check and HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.

We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- An estimated salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
