We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Director to lead our Geotechnical team in Queensland. As a senior technical expert, you will be responsible for shaping our approach to ground engineering challenges, driving innovation in tunnelling design and construction, and ensuring project delivery meets the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of soil and rock mechanics, tunnel boring and excavation methods, geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring, and ground risk management. You will also have experience implementing new technologies, such as digital twin modelling, geotechnical data analytics, and advanced simulation tools.
