Swimming Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our team at the Murrumba Downs Swimming Pool.

About the Role

As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering effective swimming and water safety lessons to students of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach swimming and water safety lessons to students in a safe and supportive environment
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of students
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture

Requirements

  • Current AustSwim Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • Blue card: Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
