Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Venue Manager who can lead and motivate a large and diverse team across a 24/7 roster. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations, coaching and developing all team members to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Planning and executing bespoke events that align with our guest experience strategy and leverage supplier partnerships
  • Reviewing and analysing daily operational needs, maintaining food and beverage, labour, product, and expenses on budget
  • Leading and motivating the team to continuously deliver a personalised and professional service to all guests
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive management experience in high-end restaurants, executive lounges, or bars
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Thorough knowledge of food and beverages, including menu planning and wine lists
  • A proactive and well-rounded approach to leadership, empowering and encouraging teams to deliver outstanding results
  • Confidence to lead a large and diverse team across a 24/7 roster, including night shifts and weekends
  • A hands-on operational approach, with a passion for developing your career and taking ownership of your work
