
Tech Support Specialist

This role involves providing technical support to internal employees via various communication channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues related to desktops, servers, hardware, networks, and software installation.
The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of operating systems, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing 1st and 2nd level IT support for desktops, servers, hardware, networks, and software installation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with O365 is essential, including software and hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PCs.
- Active Directory management, operating system support, and supporting corporate Windows and Linux environments are also key requirements.
Essential skills and qualifications include:
- Proven experience in a technical support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution.
- Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network, and software troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of O365, Active Directory, and operating systems is required.
- Supporting physical and virtual environments, including desktops and servers.
