Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of clients and strengthen our existing relationships, while exploring new business opportunities in the horticulture related field.

The ideal candidate will have a management background and leadership skills to effectively manage our Grounds Maintenance contracts, ensuring our teams operate efficiently and deliver high quality outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities include staff management, contract management, and systems administration, including reporting to clients and internal stakeholders using various IT programs and business systems effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Management background in a horticulture related field
  • Leadership skills to effectively manage Grounds Maintenance contracts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
