You will be responsible for welcoming clients, assessing their skin concerns, recommending personalized treatment plans, and providing ongoing support throughout their journey with us.

  • Greet clients warmly and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish
  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' skin concerns and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Promote and sell suitable skincare treatments, packages, and products
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and consistent care
  • Manage bookings, schedule coordination, and front desk operations efficiently
  • Maintain accurate client records and assist with administrative tasks
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in skincare

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and meet sales targets

Effective organizational skills and basic computer literacy

Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Chinese
