Job Description

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced payroll professional to manage the full payroll cycle end-to-end.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting time and attendance data, preparing payroll system finalisation, banking, payroll clearing, and Single Touch Payroll reconciliation.
  • This role requires a strong working knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation, and compliance requirements, as well as experience with payroll system finalisation, banking processes, payroll clearing, and STP reporting/reconciliation.
  • The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years' experience managing end-to-end payroll in a medium to large organisation and proficiency in payroll systems such as Chris21, SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar enterprise platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications include excellent communication skills with the ability to coach and mentor others, high attention to detail with the ability to resolve complex payroll queries, experience with time & attendance (T&A) data integration, interpretation, and end-of-month processes, and a collaborative mindset.
