Job Title: Event Management Specialist

Join us for a challenging role in event coordination, where you will have the opportunity to shape the future of entertainment. Our team is seeking an experienced and motivated individual who can handle a variety of tasks with ease.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate the logistics of events in various cities, including transportation of equipment and inventory management.
  2. Create schedules and advance key documents to suppliers and venue staff.
  3. Book and train staff for events through our agency staffing partner.
  4. Attend weekly project updates to review and implement production details, event reviews, and policy procedures.
  5. Oversee inventory storage solutions and ensure Event and Incident Report forms are completed.
  6. Occasionally assist with evaluating and executing walk-throughs of potential venues.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event coordination, preferably in events-related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with strong time management skills.
  • Leadership skills and experience managing small teams.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in public speaking.
  • A driver's license is essential for travel.
