We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate People Skills Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering HR projects that drive business results and supporting the development of HR strategies.

About This Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of people with disability and their families. You will work closely with our team to provide expert advice and guidance on a range of HR issues, including employee relations, industrial relations, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver HR projects that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, industrial relations, and talent management.
  • Support the development of HR strategies and policies.
  • Collaborate with the business to plan and lead key processes, such as recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, remuneration and benefits reviews, performance management reviews, and talent management.
Requirements
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering generalist HR support and advice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in the community services industry or disability sector would be highly regarded.
